The project comprised of three blocks consisting of 102, 57 and 92 apartments respectively. The top floor for each complex had penthouses overlooking The Racecourse. The second block encompassed an energy centre that served the entire site with a 109kW therm CHP operating as the lead item of heat-generating equipment. ilec-imec also undertook the full extent of site services and district heating. The project formed the first phase of over 1,500 apartments to be constructed over the next 10 years.
